I'm replying as there are some inaccuracies in your updated review and I asked you to update those, however it appears you have not just yet. First, thank you for your business over the past year. Second, as mentioned in the original review you praised us for being able to help you while navigating the cost of youthful drivers. It is indeed true my team accidentally issued the update with the new add on of your other daughter, and I had a team meeting this morning to address that and the way we communicated it to you afterwards. I'm really sorry it happened, however they did reverse that as soon as they noticed they accidentally did that, which was the same day. Second, your communication was not ignored, nor were you ghosted. You called Friday to request a cancellation for the auto policy, and Brandon who is in charge and processes these, was in a meeting with another customer at the time to conclude the day. We let you know this was the case and you two would speak as soon as possible when you scheduled a time to speak together. The team communicated to him you requested a call and him and I spoke following that and your email to confirm your request to speak so it could be processed. You two then connected for a phone call when you were available on Tuesday and spoke to review and process your cancellation. Your payment date was the same day you spoke, so it had already been initiated, so I apologize that you had to deal with that, even though you froze your account thankfully. I confirmed with you since your cancellation was processed on the proper date, you would indeed get a refund for the few days that had not been used from the prior month's payment. Thank you again for the year long of business, I'm sorry you're leaving. however, I hope you have a great weekend and wish the best for your family!"
