"I love State Farm, so anytime I need insurance they are the first company that I contact. I believe they are fair and they really take care of their customers. Although, there are many State Farm Owners, I always make sure that I contact a location where I will receive great customer service from beginning to end. I originally contacted this location because my former State Farm Agent is no longer in business. I needed more information about insurance that I don't usually inquire about, so I called and asked to speak with the manager. Froy answered, and even though I asked to speak with the manager he offered to help, and then he put the manager on the phone. Austin Weber is amazing! He is extremely pleasant and very welcoming. I inquired about the insurance, and he stated his knowledge on it, and I told him that I would call him back the next day. The next day before I could call him back, he had already called and left a message on my voicemail confirming the information that we discussed the day before. A few days later, I called Austin back, and Clara answered and stated that he was busy. She offered to help, and I explained everything to her. We were all on the same page now, as to what I was trying to accomplish. I said all this to say, if they went above and beyond just for an inquiry, I definitely want to do business with this location. Austin Weber, Froy, and Clara provided excellent customer service."

"Austin Weber and his team has been taking care of auto and home insurance for a year or so. Our old insurance agent retired and he took over a lot of his clients. The transition was very good, he and his team keep me informed about my insurance needs.
