"I don’t usually write reviews, but Devon Ballard truly deserves one. Shopping for insurance can be overwhelming, but she made the whole process so easy. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. "I must say this was the first and most enjoyable times I’ve had getting a quote for myself . Not only did I sign up for a new landlord home owners policy with a State Farm agent from PA. for my property , I was referred to an agent name Austin Weber but ended up with a wonderful agent named Delilah . Delilah was easy to talk to , explained everything to me , gave me what I needed to insure myself and my new 18 yr old driver. I was sold with the quote she prepared me and signed on the dotted line immediately. Look no further for an agent with excellent customer service skills. And she’s a sweetheart to boot. I woke up this morning not knowing what to, I desperately needed affordable car insurance or eles I wouldn't have food for my kid. Like a blessing was answered, I went from paying close to 400$ for full coverage to less than half with Nicole's help. She was so nice, helpful, and she knew how to keep me calm. When talking to representatives I don't have luck and I feel like a chump after. Nicole understood the assignment and understood my needs for help. She IS your best representative. I had alot of questions/concerns, I even had my mind almost made for not giving my business but with the way she communicated to me I was ready to give her my card info. Thank you Nicole."

"What an incredible experience I had with Austin and Samantha! I stopped by looking for another option for my insurance needs, and I am glad that I did some research online and was able to find Austin Weber’s agency!! If you are tired of being just a number for your current insurance company, to not being able to talk to someone face to face that can understand your insurance needs, please go see Austin and Samantha.
